WK5 In the ZONE! Don't even know what "overtraining " is right now. 5 days a wk/ 2-3 hrs a day. have been pulling back until this week but recovery time seems INHUMAN. have been concerned cuz i burn it up at the gym then the burn fades almost immediately when i'm on my way home. but of course its just my head fucking with me cuz i'm DEF getting monster results.
have had a couple o'comments this wk, ppl asking if i'm preparing for a fight (which is AWESOME cuz i'm 43) i told them no, not really, but always looking (heh heh)
th ol' lady has been in Cabo this wk with her family (they don't like me much) and THANKYA JEEEESUS! she got back last night. Don't get me wrong, i like rubbing one out as much as the next guy... but a WEEK!

i think i found my new fav cycle (ahhh sweet sweeeet tren, what have i been waiting for) so i am probably going to add tren e to my winter bulk and see how THAT goes
