Hey I’m 18 and have been lifting since I was in 7th grade and am now a senior. I’m interested In the dball cycle over the dianabol but have a few questions. The first question is do I need to take a test booster with it? Although it is recommended Ik if you mess with your body’s natural production at a young age it can screw up your production of it. My next question is about after you finish it. I’m seeing stuff about if the effects last and what I’m asking is if the dball effects of muscle growth wear off or do you lose the muscle you gained. What iv got from reading is if you just take the pills daily without test booster which is my option I’m really wanting to take, after my cycle runs out I won’t just lose muscle or stop growth will I? Ok mate you should definately do some sort of cardio during your cycle. As stated below it will assist with your BP, also the weight you want to gain should be quality. What's the point of gaining a heap of fat,fluid and a bit of muscle. It's all well and good to do a cycle and put on say 20lbs with 10 being fat 5 fluid and 5 muscle (I am not saying this is what will happen just making a point here). Then you go off cycle loose the 5lbs of fluid then you are down to a gain of say 15lbs with the majority beeing the wrong type of weight. The aim of the game is to put on quality weight. By going for a power walk for say 20-40 min every morning before breakfast for a start. Then do 20-30 mins after training. Drop your sugar intake from softdrinks and hot drinks. Use skim or no-fat milks and dairy products. Also stay away from food fried in oils unless it's MCT oil. Drop your starchy carbs through out the day and introduce more fiberous carbs as the day goes on. Also eat heaps of salads. Most of these foods are what is called negative calorie foods. Your body uses more calories to digest the food than the food contains. If you really clean up your diet first then the weight that you put on will mostly be quality, and you will find that once the cycle is complete the weight loss will be less.
