I usually stay around 15% myself and have ran Masteron several times without much success but that's just me. As far as your stated opinion regarding when to use AAS I will say this (and please don't take it personal or as an attack of any kind); that's complete broscience bullshit that all those slapdicks from the board forums preach and just to further explain think about this, if you just said that you have seen several people who are above 20% BF use (of all things) Masteron with great success then that alone should show you that someone using gear while above 15% BF shouldn't be frowned upon. Now, I do believe there is a line and difference but saying that, is just too far of a subjective theory that obviously has proof that it isn't as bad as one might believe. I would suggest getting the diet down and as far under 20% BF as possible to experience the best benefits that AAS has to offer but I'd never tell someone that they shouldn't run AAS or can't benefit from it while not already being lean.
